"My name is Marcos Jorge Matusevicius, I was born in January 25, 1962, at the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil. My paternal grandfather and grandmother were Juozas Matusevicius and Veronica Mateika Matusevicius. The maternal ones, were Jonas Gribaukas and Petrone Svinciskaite. All they were born in Lithuania, had come to Brazil in the first half of XX century. My parents, Affonso Matusevicius and Rosa Gribaukas were born in Brazil.
I am married with Lina Matusevicius and we have one son and two daughter: Marcos Affonso, 21 years old; Ana Paula, 20 years; and Lina Beatriz, 18 years.
I am retired Navy Officer and pilot of Naval Aviation. Today, I work as administrator, at the Pilotage Office of the Port of Santos, Brazil.
During my activity in the Navy, it was very interesting to have directly worked with the President of the Republic, Fernando Henrique Cardoso, from 1995 until 1997, and, again, from 2000 until 2002.
I present my sincere compliments to the organizers of the site and wait to be able to narrow the knowledge to all the familiar ones!"
